What we collect
When you send a project request or contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, optional phone number, preferred contact method, city or town, optional postal code and street address, optional business name, a description of your project, your preferred timing, and any photos or plans you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use this information only to review and respond to your request. Your acknowledgement on the form covers this use. We do not add you to marketing lists, sell your information, or use it for advertising.
Storage and access
Requests and uploaded files are stored with our hosting provider in private storage. Only authorized Everest staff can view them after signing in. Uploaded files are never published. Files uploaded but not submitted are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Emails
When email notifications are enabled, we send you a short receipt for your request and notify Everest that a new request arrived. Owner notifications do not include your description or attachments.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Signed-in staff use a session stored in their browser.
Retention and your choices
We keep requests as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information.
